The challenge

Advisors were technically excellent but uncomfortable with business development. Each person had a different approach, and new hires had no clear model to follow.

The approach

We ran six interactive workshops covering target clients, networking conversations, follow-up and personal brand. Each session ended with a small commitment that participants reported on the next time.

The results

The team now uses one shared vocabulary for pipeline conversations, and managers coach to the same framework in their weekly check-ins.

“Practical, energizing and immediately useful. Our advisors finally speak the same language.”
